Normally I wouldn't go to a place with a rating below 4.5 but here it was opposite the train station and I had no options. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a variety of amazing breads, quiches, Passtiserie, croissants, etc. Omg I wanted to eat them all! I honestly think this is one of the best bakeries in France, and you can actually sit there and have breakfast

We came again later in the afternoon to get Kouign-amann for the train ride back to Paris. A guilty, tasty pleasure… must have a kilo of butter each worked into that dough. Tasted much better than it looked.Visited in September 2022

Delicious! My partner and I went here for breakfast this morning. I ordered a pains aux raisins which was so light, sweet and tasty. My partner ordered a croissant and a pain suisse. He said the croissant was light and buttery, and he loved the pain suisse. Great coffee and selection of juice. I only wish we could go back for lunch as the quiche and sandwiches looked amazing! Great decoration and atmosphere

Esta panaderia ha sido todo un descubrimiento.Esta justo delante de la estacion de tren de Blois y para mi es una de las mejores boulangeries que he visto en Francia,y he venido bastantes veces a este pais y he estado por todo el pais.
Todo tiene una pinta impresionante,hay mucho surtido de todo (tanto dulce como salado) y los panes tienen una buena pinta espectacular!! El pan en Francia es otro nivel! En España nunca como pan pero aqui podria comerlo a todas horas,esta buenisimo!!!
Tienen formulas para llevarte varios productos,esta todo hecho a mano (de hecho des de el mostrador se ve el obrador) y usan harinas biologicas.
Ademas el personal es muy simpatico y agradable creando un ambiente muy hospitalario. Lo unico que mejoraria es el tema cafe,yo pondria una buena maquina italiana de espresso.

This bakery has been a real discovery. It's right in front of the Blois train station and, for me, it's one of the best boulangeries I've seen in France. I've been to this country quite a few times and have been all over the country. Everything looks amazing; there's a wide variety of everything (both sweet and savory), and the breads look spectacular! Bread in France is on another level! I never eat bread in Spain, but here I could eat it anytime; it's delicious! They have delivery options for various products, everything is handmade (in fact, you can see the bakery from the counter), and they use organic flour. The staff is also very friendly and pleasant, creating a very hospitable atmosphere. The only thing I would improve is the coffee; I would install a good Italian espresso machine. In short, I've eaten about eight different things in two days, and everything is delicious!

The best fougasse I've ever had 🤤 The welcome is wonderful, the decor and presentation are so well done, it's so rustic that I wanted to visit again. The sandwich + drink + dessert lunch deal is well worth it because everything is excellent, and the flan contains real vanilla, which is worth noting! The only negative: the ringing every time a customer enters or leaves; the noise is horrible.

De lo mejor en pastelería y panaderia. Un gusto entran aquí y poder tomar café a precio ajustado, muy buena bollería y unos panes impresionantes. Trato superamable. Tiene pequeñas mesas dentro para desayunar y fuera bancos por si uno desea fumar. Para mí, la mejor de Blois. Frente a la estación de tren.
